In this 60 minute heated power vinyasa flow class, we are FOR you. Exactly as you are.
Expect to move & sweat & feel better. You'll feel stronger, empowered, relaxed, and ready for life. The room is heated to 90 degrees & is suitable for all levels

Tight, Tired Bodies:
This class is FOR EVERYBODY - great for beginners, or people who have been practicing a long time who want to back off & recharge in between power flows. It also has been found to be very helpful for athletes who look to balance their training program and need to reduce chances of injury.
This class includes some standing poses. Come hydrated with a yoga mat & a hand towel!
Tight, Tired Bodies:
This class is ideal for people of all yoga levels - from beginners, to those who want to complement their power vinyasa with a deep stretch. You will leave this class with a calmer, more ok-i've-got-this, more peaceful perspective in how you feel that day, physically & emotionally.
In this class, we stay on the mat & slowly move through poses that target tightness & tension in your mind & body. Come hydrated with a yoga mat & a hand towel!
YIN is a more meditative, passive approach to yoga. It is much slower, we hold poses longer, we access the deeper, connective tissues & focus a lot on the hips, sacrum, spine.
this class will help you learn how to stay in the moment, with your feelings, sensations & emotions. it is SUCH a wonderful complement to our feel better power vinyasa classes.
you will feel more at peace, more relaxed, more ready for what happens in your world.
in this class, we will have heat, but it will be warm, not hot.
