Reviews - North Carolina Heated Yoga Studio

what exactly is
feel better yoga?

We took the powerful heated baptiste yoga flow, added in some music, and then created a space for sharing what’s real. We don’t do a whole lot of “ommmm-ing” or chanting. We don’t use sanskrit or burn incense or show off pretzel-ish poses. Not that there’s anything wrong with that - it’s just not our deal.

your studios are giving me new life!

visit us.

you’re always welcome here.

Our two studios offer beautiful natural light, feel-better heat & our flooring is top-of-the-line yoga rubber tile floors that are super comfy and cushion your joints. There are no mirrors. No one (except the instructor) pays any mind to what you’re doing. that’s just how it works. You’ll have to trust us on that.

If you are a seasoned yogi, or if you’ve never done heated yoga, AWESOME! You are welcome here. 100%. We can’t WAIT to see you!
